December 30, Sunset in Nauvoo, we get these great Sunsets once in a while!

This lady owns the Mackay Mansion where Alberta

got married. Guess what! She said she knew all about

Nauvoo, she went to the Saint Marys Academy here in

Nauvoo years ago! And she lives in Virginia City, Nevada! That's quite something. Her name is Mary Bills.

She wanted me to dress western. That was right

up my ally! The brides maid is her sister my other

daughter Pam. The best man is Scot's best friend.

Scot Ryan. The wedding took place in historic Virginia City, Nevada, that is Bishop Wheeler doing the honors, he had asked me to open with a prayer to begin the ceremony. Turned out very well, and the weather cooperated an
answer to Alberta's prayers.

This day in 1805, the Prophet Joseph Smith was born.

the Almighty in all generations of time. We stand in reverence before
him. He is the great prophet of this dispensation. Let us not forget him.

I add my testimony to his, that what President Hinckley said about
Joseph Smith is true and has affected my life for good, and also has
probably saved my life!
